Week 1 · 4 hours · with our psychologist
Psychology & Aptitude Discovery
We start with you — not the aircraft, not the regulations. A structured aviation aptitude session maps how you process information, how you respond when the load increases, and where your natural profile sits against what a cockpit demands. This is not a test, and there is nothing to pass; nothing is reported to a flight school or an airline. You finish with at least thirty minutes alone with the psychologist on your own results, in plain language, compared to nobody.
You know yourself better. That's the point.
Week 1 · 90 minutes · with an airline captain
The Path to the Flight Deck
The licence ladder — PPL, CPL, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine, type rating — as an airline captain and instructor went through it himself: the timeline that slipped, the check that needed a second attempt, the part nobody warned him about. Where the career opens up after the first job. And what a strong cadet already knows on day one: English and phraseology, maths and physics, the Class 1 medical.
You leave with a preparation checklist, in the order to tackle it.
End of week 1 · 60 minutes · online, the day before the simulator
A320 Computer-Based Training
Computer-based training is how airline crews prepare for a type rating. You work through it at your own pace, with us on the call: what the A320 does with your inputs, the cockpit layout, standard and emergency callouts, and the simulator profile end to end. It runs the day before the simulator on purpose, so the aircraft is still fresh when you sit in it.
You spend your simulator time flying, not learning vocabulary.
Week 2 · the exact cockpit airline pilots train in
A320 Full Flight Simulator — 1 Hour
Not a game. Not a desktop sim. A Level D Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator — full motion, real avionics, real procedures, the same device airline crews use for type rating and recurrency training. The left seat is yours, with an active captain beside you: briefed before, guided through taxi, takeoff, handling, approach and landing, then an honest debrief and a straight answer on where you stand.
You know what flying actually feels like.
Week 2 · 60 minutes · online, from the executive chair
Why Airlines Hire, and When
Almost all pilot-career advice comes from people who were hired, not people who did the hiring. A captain who has sat in airline senior management explains hiring from the other side of the table: why airlines hire in cycles and how to see the cycle coming, bonding and training agreements and how to read one, what a selection panel scores, and how to time your entry 18 to 24 months ahead.
The right school at the wrong time is the costly mistake. You learn to avoid it.
Week 2 · 90 minutes · the decision
The Rules, and Choosing Your School
The CASR framework every Indonesian pilot works under, in plain language: Part 61 (licensing, and the Part 67 medical), Part 141 (what a pilot school's approval does and doesn't certify — you read a real certificate yourself) and Part 91 (the rules every flight). Then a straight answer on which schools fit you, and which don't, against your profile, budget and timing, with the reasoning shown, and the questions to check it yourself.
You leave with written next-step guidance: where you stand, and what to do next.
How it works
Structured like real training.
Six sessions across two weeks, every other day — not crammed into a weekend. The spacing mirrors how real pilots train: study, rest, return. Each session builds on the last, and the computer-based training runs the day before the simulator, so you arrive in the left seat having already covered the ground.
